If that doesn’t fill your cup, nothing will. We are living in the most terrifying time in our life. We can dwell on our surroundings, or we can trust in God. I choose the latter, and I pray you do too.
Do you have an old hymn book? Probably not - but if you do, turn to the old hymn “A Mighty Fortress is our God”. It was written by Martin Luther some 600+ years age. I think they were having trouble also.
When society walks away from God, He walks away from them. Look around at families, schools, genders, and government. Institutions that were sacred! We have chaos of monumental size now. God is my refuge, and I pray He is yours.
I am sorry for the doom and gloom, but when God leaves a nation, there is NO HOPE unless the people repent and turn back. “If my people who are called by my name . . . . . . . . . .
To my sweet Christian friends, I leave you with the second verse of ”A Mighty Fortress”.
